How to get healthier hair and scalp? | My organic routine

Hair care has always been a big issue for me. Frizzy? Thinning? hair loss? You name it, I have it.

It took me years after realizing how I should take care of my princess hair problem, but before that, I would like to share my little regret path on how I treated my hair...

Well, I did most things that I shouldnt have done for my hair type. I bleached it 3 times in a year, along with dying and curling. Now that I have realized, the fewer things we do to our hair, the better chance it can grow back it how it used to be when we were still young.

Now I mostly do nothing to my hair, growing back my natural hair color and trimming off all the dead hair have really helped to improve my hair quality!

So here, is my sharing on how I care for my hair on a daily basis. I really hope that this sharing can help anyone of you who have similar hair problems like me!

[Step 1. Exfoliating]
AVEDA: Exfoliating scalp brush

How to use:
Dry brushing for cleansing.

Comments:
We often forget that, before caring for our hair, we need to care for our scalp. Exfoliating our scalp weekly works the same as exfoliating our face, only we do it differently. This brush mostly helps exfoliating the scalp and increase microcirculation. Its really easy to use, wouldnt tingle the hair which is a great plus.

[Step 2. Shampoo]
Intelligent Nutrients: Harmonic invigorating shampoo

Results:
I would say my hair loss problem really reduced after using this shampoo, because, I realize my hairline grew back! Yay! My hair wouldnt be as oily as before, also my fizziness reduced a bit too.

Comments:
As I have mentioned in this video, the brand advertisers that it is so natural, that you can even eat the shampoo. For my personal experience (though I havent really tried to eat it), but through accident (I still didnt eat it), the shampoo got into my eyes, and surprisingly it wasnt irritating at all! All I felt was like putting minty eye drops, which felt really good. So, I think they do work up to what they claim.

This is a great brand to try out if you are lost about which organic brands to choose from. It is organically certified, all ingredients are natural, suitable for children and pregnant moms too!

[Step 3. Scalp brush for hair wash]
Muji: scalp care brush

Comments:
It is really important for us to not scratch our scalp using our nails. This Muji scalp brush is really handy and convenient when it comes to washing your hair. Even if you don't have a Muji scalp brush around to purchase, I would highly recommend you to use your fingertips instead when you wash your hair.

[Step 3. Conditioner]
Intelligent Nutrients: PurePlenty Density Building Conditioner

Results:
My damaged hair turned into silk!!!

Comments:
OMG, this is the best best best conditioner I have ever tried (I wish I could just shout out this recommendation!). THIS IS A MUST HAVE. Youll see the immediate results once you put the conditioner on, no matter how damaged your hair is, it would immediately turn into silk! This conditioner definitely works better than any hair masks I have ever tried, now it just saves up all my time to do extra care for my hair at the salon.

[Step 4. Serum]
Intelligent Nutrients: Scalp and Strand Serum

How to use:
Apply 3 to 4 drops on your roots after on towel dried or blow dried hair.

Results:
This serum works great for anyone like me who wants fuller, stronger and healthier looking hair! The only downside is this serum can be quite oily since it's not really recommended to be washed off after applying.
